All of our water features at the Abou Youssef Office are designed and constructed in-house from start to finish. Our teams of dedicated and skilled staff provide architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical designs as well as tailored concepts and detailed drawings. In the next phase, we build swimming pools, artificial lakes, waterfalls, and artistic fountains from the ground measurements to pouring the concrete and polishing the finishing touches. We ensure high quality construction and turnkey solutions as well for Jacuzzi installation and home or professional baths and spas. We use cutting edge technology from Pentair to build intricate water features and incorporate the water treatment solutions from Bayrol and Piscimar.

We ensure the application of primary water-proofing membrane, final water-proofing mesh, high performance and high bonding tile adhesion grout and the decorative tiles. We oversee all installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, water fittings for treatment, water pumps and water networks, filtration systems, gas-heating systems, and all pool accessories.

We remain in charge of the overall pool maintenance, including maintenance of mechanical equipment for all water systems, and pool care such as cleaning and sterilization as well as the proper administration of water treatment chemicals. We have a state-of-the-art show room displaying swimming pool accessories and spare parts, pool care equipment, water treatment chemicals, pumps, sand filters, dosing treatment and nozzles, heaters and heat pumps, and tile adhesion grout and mortar.
